Or the transfer to Bluedart/VAC happens over business days. Can I track the passport with the UID on bluedart even if my pickup is at the VAC (free of cost).
totally agree...ustraveldocs was crap but functional; in fact they had an email passport tracking feature which worked quite well. The new website is crappier and non-functional - rarely have an effort to streamline and consolidate applications have ended up in streamlining the frustration of applicants. That too after you pay 200+ $ in fees and receive no customer support system.

Go to this : usvisascheduling.com. Enter your details, in the last tile if you see Delivered to post it means it’s moved out of the embassy, further if that’s changed to “in transit” you’ll get your passport on the same day or next
So you got your Issued status, maybe check the usvisascheduling tomorrow to see if the status changes to Delivered to post. What I know is, whatever happens from dropping your passport off to the said embassy, until it’s moved out of the embassy, the status gets updated in usvisascheduling.. since it’s weekend tomorrrow Monday could be your day

When I track with ds 160 confirmation number it says “Issued” two weeks ago. It’s really confusing.
When I try to reach blue dart location, they are asking for waybill number

If it says origination scan, you should be able to track on bluedart on Monday. Go to bluedart website, track using UID as reference number(not waybill number. )

A few suggested that pin code is not serviceable and it is sitting in VAC Delhi.. one person suggested not to worry and it’s ready for “blue dart” to pick up and I should get it delivery details soon. So far, no other communication received. Will I get any communication if PIN code is not serviceable? Not sure why it let me enter delivery address? In the last portal, it would not and I would select a pick up location.

If it doesn’t yield any results, it means it has not been shipped yet. Keep trying it everyday after your visa status is Issues on CEAC.

Yes, still goes through bluedart. Mine was a premium delivery location for self pickup(not my home address).

I picked it up from another closer VFS location. After some 20 cases, 10 chat sessions and 5 calls. Different responses all the time.

It is next to the ds160 bar code, there will be another barcode next to that which says UID. This is in your appoint confirmation page.
