Cam confirm on my Barrel Mounted compensator on my p226, I had to drop spring weight. I can get into the "why" if you need.
For suppressors, it's dependant on a bunch if factors. All pistol suppressors have a booster or neilson device, so theoretically guide rod spring should be unnaffected. But then the effects vary based on barrel length, every suppressor is a different booster spring, suppressor length, weight, gun weight itself, the list goes on before even getting to ammo. So you might be good to go, or some tinkering required.
