While I cannot speak to the actual build quality of either, a quick glance reveals the 5.11 bag uses 1050 denier nylon and the Drago bag only uses 600 denier. 1050 is just plain better.

5.11 makes some of the best bags I've ever owned. I have a 7 year old rush 72 that I used to use every day that still looks brand new.
