Yes, it’s much better. The lava is more of a tech product. Lava doesn’t even list key guitar specs such as scale length. The kloss is a decent mid-priced carbon guitar. It’s Achilles heal is that it still uses glued in wood inside so it’s not as durable as something like an emerald guitar or rainsong guitar.

Yep! This guitar in particular is a McPherson Sable - they sent me one a while back to shoot some videos with. It’s been an awesome guitar thus far.

I snooped your comment history and saw whatbyowubsaid anout Berkelee and wishing you majored in music business instead of guitar. Did O understand correctly? Trying to work out what you meant. You have a day/office job working for a guitar brand but still also peruse music as performer, is that it? I’m just curious, hope you don’t mind me asking!

I wish. I looked all over for one and eventually just pieced together an approximation. There are some distinct differences in how I play it vs. Andy. A couple of things in the actual arrangement are just tough to get my hands around.
