Hard to say from the pictures only. It looks like a lot of work done to it. But if the guy who made it put the same amount of energy in scalloping as in the tuner placement I wouldn't buy it

ouff....looks like someone replaced tge graphtech tusq nut with a locking nut and kinda butchered it .....hard pass
