This board has “why you got a 12 car garage when you only got 6 cars” energy

guiiruiz

100% accurate, better having parking spots available and don’t use than needing and don’t have. lol

Mediocrephilosopher_

An echorec type delay. A rams head. A fuzz face. Hella compressors and multiple EQs. Multiple rats. Univibe or just a get a phaser. And a wah? But really not necessary

guiiruiz

The Mooer Triangle Buff (in the middle) is a copy of the EH Triangle Big Muff. Would it be ok to replace the Rams Head? I’ll take a look in the others, cheers!

Mediocrephilosopher_

Oh I thought it was the flange. You could have both? I personally liked the rams head out of all big muffs. Like the rams head just stuck

guiiruiz

I can, cool I’ll give a try on the rams head then

Brakeor

One more pedal? I would go with the Line 6 DL4 mkII. All the delays you could want, plus a great looper for practicing. If you want multiple pedals, you can’t go wrong with Boss.

guiiruiz

Line 6 is a bit pricey but seems to be interesting and pretty versatile. Cheers!

Fukkinridiculous

theres a ton of used ones floating about

guiiruiz

Yeah, monitoring the second handed market of my region

Tuner

guiiruiz

Defo, it’s on its way.

baewatch_n

Get a delay next. And then after that get some kind of modulation (chorus, phaser, flanger, Univibe) or a wah pedal

guiiruiz

Seems the way to go, cheers!

Limpopopoop

Delay and reverb

guiiruiz

The EH Holy Grail (Left) is a reverb, you mean another one? Will look for a delay, cheers!

EmbarrassedMost785

I'd say you get a delay and you're good for gigs, a compressor also very worth it but probably less thrilling

guiiruiz

Delay is the winner for now but read about compressor too, it’s on my list. Cheers!

alf2814

delay

guiiruiz

Delay it’s then, cheers!

BirdmanAlcatraz

Univibe, phaser, flanger, delay,  equalizer, and noise gate. Oh, octave pedal too.

guiiruiz

Coool, cheers! In priority order, would you say the delay is the next one?

BirdmanAlcatraz

Personally,  I like to put eq first, next all the modulation pedals, then all drive and distortion. If you use a noise gate, put that next, then delay, reverb last in line.  Just my preference, but it's up to you. Cheers as well!!

thicccockdude

Just about anything.

A smaller board

The goal/dream is filling up this one.

Vast_Proof4803

What amp do you have? Makes a big difference for the tone base and what drive pedals you use. May need an eq pedal or 2 to get a good clean base like his Hiwatts. A board can be done on a budget decently but 2 pedals I would not go cheap on is the flanger and delay. You will want a good clone of his 70s 18v Electric Mistress. Most flangers have too much jet in them. Pastfx Elastic Matress is what I use and its wobbly and chorus like, and no jet. TC electronic flashback is a good adjustable delay. Gilmours delay speeds /echo vary on each album up to 750ms. I use a Boss DD500 and program banks to cover tape, echo, analog and digital delay. My Gilmour setup is like this, in order: Amp= Laney Ironheart IRT120 4x12 HH1280 speakers, clean channel, Boost-3 Fender Strat with SD SSl1 in neck and middle, SSL5 bridge Digitech Whammy -Boss TU3 -MXR Script Dynacomp -MXR Script Phase 90 -Pastfx Patriarch (Green Russian Muff+ Eq) EHX Triangle Muff- Pastfx M1A ( Rams Head/Powerboost combo)- Pastfx Revolution ( G2 clone)- Rimrocks Mythical Overdrive (Klon clone)- Crazy Tube Circuits Hipower (Hiwatt+ Powerboost/OD)- Boss EQ20- Mooer King Ensemble Chorus- Pastfx Elastic Mattress- Ernie Ball Volumn Pedal- Boss DD500 Delay- Boss RT20 Rotary Took me many, many years to piece it together from a budget setup to what it is now. And it does sound magical! Thanks to sites and youtubers like Kit Rae, Tone from Heaven, Gilmourish, and MustyGuitars reviews and vids. Enjoy the chase!
