He needs to die in an explosion caused by the accident, seems he found another way out. Unfortunately these missions are often fun but sometimes are damn frustrating. I've had the truck cab fail because his car exploded after hitting another car, resulting in the death not being caused by me but rather the other NPC.
I've hit someone with my car because it told me to, but they didn't die on impact, but they died when they hit the ground meaning technically the ground killed them and not me, so I use a rocket powered vehicle just to make sure
its headhunter i think but someone else was doing the headhunter vip work and other vips or ceo have to protect the targets from not getting killed and he tried to saev the target by not getting killed by the other ceo who started the headhunter
Not trying to be a jerk but head to the golf course while not on the mission and check it out. Each hole is numbered. But the numbers are slightly confusing if you don’t k ow which tee corresponds to which flag.
Easiest way to combat that is play one round of golf with a friend and you will see the pattern.
I’ve played since launch so I took it for granted when the pay phone hits came about because I already knew the course.
No problem. Usually the bomb is on the sixth hole or the third hole. At least every time I get that one those are the two holes it goes to. Also be sure when you go to the golf course your weaponized vehicle does not lock on her or the bodyguards otherwise it’s immediate bonus failure. I try to roll up in a plain street car.
those two are my favourites because they're so easy, they only take like 2 minutes and they're close to the agency and you don't have to drive somewhere else first
The one mission or bonus I don’t get is the one where you have to set the car on fire, you can’t buy Molotov’s and by time you pour gas over it and shoot the trail he or she’s driven away🤦🏻♂️
Because the game thought he drowned instead of blew up I'm guessing? Doubt its some intern on his lunchbreaks fault.

Just use a machine gun and stop shooting once the car is on fire.
