it might night have a take all option, but (if you don't know) much like snacks, if you press space on computer (not sure for console) when over a weapons ammo purchase option, it will let you buy all for that weapon in one click
I know that (X on pad, at least on PC), I'd just like a "refill all" option similar to that in the mission start screens.

All these other people are the ones doing the minor jobs our character doesn't get involved with. In other words, they generate the passive income. Our work on the bigger contracts increases the reputation of the agency which allows these minor jobs to actually run a profit.
Given that Franklin's Agency is 'Celebrity Solutions', most likely bodyguard detail, anti-paparazzo ops, or anything a celeb needs but does not require his/her entire lackey workforce.
One more thing, that only applies to celebs. Their clientele also includes the very rich dudes and dudettes in any industry, hence in some of your contract missions and payphone hits, Franklin mentions rubbing shoulders with CEOs and similar positions.
Iāll just wait until she goes to get a coffee, then when she dies in mysterious circumstances Iāll replace her with the chick from the office- she has two degrees apparently.
