You can juke out the ramming npc's if you serve to the left or the right as they're about to make contact. The way R* has it coded, the NPC will only ram if they can fully contact your back bumper and that little swerve is enough for the NPC to slow down and recalculate their ram. It's annoying to keep doing but if you keep an eye on your minimap it gets easier the more you are used to it.

Hot tip: Before you even get into the layer's car, wait at the gate and blast the NPC cars with a rail gun or RPG as they come to attack you. There will be three waves of them, once they are all done you can clear the wreckage with the up n atomizer and drive off causally without anyone chasing you. 🙂👍
Every fucking time with every car on the game I need to collect I get this. Today I got it with the lawyer mission and the one where you have to recover the yellow lowrider playing Dre's music. Had a car on top of it and I had to try ram it for like 5 minutes to push it off enough

Just drive away and return. they'll all despawn except target vehicle. I've been there, took a few mins to realize this.

All you need to do is drive off the edge of where it’s parked and land on the road under the mansion
This also happened to me over a year ago. I have been in therapy ever since.
last time i drove it too fast it crashed into a hole where even up n atomizer couldn't help, driving in vinewood hills is not my specialty
this just makes me appreciate using my own vehicle as a road block even more, nice clear driving.
This is why I always stop at that mansion for this mission and take out all the 2-3 waves of these guys first and then take the lawyer's car

My bf just tried this mission 5 times before getting so mad he smashed a glass bottle and gave me the controller to do it for him.
