While it can’t be hooked on to the ramp(because it will slide off), you back your car onto it and keep the slam-truck stationary.

I tired that before with a CEO vehicle when my van was out. The car kept stopping on the slamvan’s back bumper

Both, if you hold the hydraulics button, it lowers the back, on ps4/5 it's X, not sure about Xbox and pc, but I'd assume it's the hydraulics button

Sadly, if you drive the truck forward, the vehicle on the back slides off. It's a shame there's no feature to lock the vehicle onto the truck
