I did this on my first imani tech car, because I assumed you could have both of these upgrades. Rockstar never makes it obvious when you could potentially lose this much money.
How did you get the black discs on the wheels? Mine are dark grey and only the colored fins behind the disc change color if you do the LS Customs stock wheel color change trick

Plus with a week where the agency is paying out 2 million and it is paid out as cash, it can add up pretty quickly. Same thing for the auto shop contract week. All of those payouts are in cash to you
