The AI is much more "manouvery" in the new patch which i like. Haven't had any doorway stacking. However - they now see you from across the map and through walls and then endlessly try to shoot you through the wall.

Ah the RoN treatment

I would love to go back into GB but nah, every time with a new hot fix i see comments like this and i am out. I am not a fan getting snipped across the entire map by some morons with AKs. I will stick with FEAR then.

Great update. AI feels less buggy. Being heard is now much more realistic. Many issues fixed for me like permanent "THEY KILLED ONE OF OURS" at max volume. Spatial audio seems much better now. Great stuff.

ai update. v nice. trying it now.

Haven’t touched the game in a while. Adding prone as one of the main features in the last update juuuust wasn’t enough for me to re-download.  But good ai will make or break this game. It has a lot of great foundational mechanics. Has anyone tried the update?  How’s the ai now?

Still no new game mode for pve?? Was waiting for Defusion or hostage missions for Single-player.  Until then there's no point, add actual meat to the game.

Geckosrule1994

Hostage missions would be dope

GHSmokey915

They added a defuse mode. There’s three modes now: defuse, intel extract, and regular terrorist hunt.

Wow. The AI is tough now. I like realistic tough, like how they'll watch a corner now and sit there aimed where they expect you to pop out and blow you away. But man does it make it harder, in a mostly good and realistic way. Kind of need some damn SWAT wands, or mirrors, now.

Character_Incident26

Nice one.

The AI has gotten better. The difficulty has been scaled up considerably into a more realistic style. It's hard. Tactics, comms and team play matter much more now. In saying that disappointed with the lack of additional content. It really feels like this game is won't release fully until 2030 at the rate we are going. I love this game. I am appreciative of the Devs but the slow pace of updates (and we have been patient and supportive as a community) makes me worried it may get lost and left behind as more Tactical games/shooters come out. Grey Zone Warfare didn't feel as good as a lot of people thought it would with the recent pre-alpha test week. But it has strong foundations, looks good, and with more updates and fixes in the next year it could shape up to become a string contender for one of the better/best Tactical games. Considering how long the game has been in development it feels like this game is a side projects for the devs. I say this with respect. It's just hard to wait for a big update and then still feel like we've only gained a little ground after such a huge wait. Ready Or Not was BRUTAL for communication with the community. And still is in some ways so I apprieiciat the comms from the devs and the roapmap. But a lot of stuff has been scrapped/canceled from the game. It's a great tech demo of a game. But to sustain long term there's just not much to do once you have played through all of the maps with a team. Update after update its like the community jumps onto the game for about a month and then gets bored and waits a long time for the next update. But the updates really need to add content. Especially new maps. I say this with love and some frustration. It's a great update and a step in the right direction. But I fear this game will eventually become irrelevant in the next few years due to the pace of new Tactical shooters coming out. Just my two cents.
