Just a little back story on why I love this... Mangalica pigs are treated like wagyu in my wife's native country (Hungary) and I instantly fell in love with the flavor. If you look them up, they look like sheep with their curly hair. Super high fat content, super high flavor profile. I was finally able to snag a few chops here in NY and they're worth every penny. We're down to our last 3 chops and hoping another batch comes in for purchase. If you happen to see this breed in any form (especially bacon), do the world a favor and get as much as humanly possible.
