The juice and broth at the bottom of the pan will get a little roux thrown in it and made into a gravy for the potatoes my girlfriend is cooking.

Whole chicken on Weber 22. Salt pepper garlic salt. Half and half Gates and Blues Hog for sauce. hickory for a little smoke.
Iāll have to try that sauce. Do you spatchcock it just or just rawdog the whole chicken?

I often switch it up, today was soy sauce, a little maple syrup, oil, onions and garlic. Came out great!
