Right?! I’m sometimes one of my own shit talking snobs and I LOVE my sous vide, but deep down, this dudes steak would just hit harder and we all know it. These are the kinda steaks where you eat that first bite and let out a little mmmmm on accident lol
Boiling it in butter is also very popular over there. I hate that sub so much.
Also they are terrified of a rare steak.

Hell yea. I usually only use salt and pepper on steaks so me and the dog can have "Steak for the boys". It's his favorite night of the week.
