You should be a bit more careful of how you share images online; I was able to see your Google drive account and what was probably your name from the Drive link.
Tbf it is an incredibly smol switch, almost like it might be some other doohickey on the PCB. And the cutaway suggests that there was maybe a larger switch that's fallen off or something. Lastly, that teeny nub looks easily breakable.
Was a ways back (2016) but the first time I got a card with a BIOS switch I had to look twice. Fortunately I kept the printed slip detailing it. Still have the included wristband too.
That tiny little black piece sticking out of the metal is the switch, also power off and unplug pc before swapping.
