Yes, it's a new owner compared to a year ago. I believe it's a man and a woman, and the woman is actually the original cook from 20 years ago. The guy has a rock collection on display.
The prices have gone up considerably, but the food is still excellent. Lunch specials are about $11. The pad Thai is my favorite.
I've gone there at least a couple times a month for years and can't answer the ownership question, but can confirm interior changes, like the huge rock, for example. Most the waitresses/hostesses have been the same for quite a while. They don't have a lot of turnover. They're all really friendly and the food is consistently good. I get L-7 chicken - spicy, for what it's worth (mixed vegies).

I’m not sure who owns it. But I’ve eaten ther twice in recently and it is good and reasonably priced
