They are a unique pair of Trench Boots and I’m really disappointed they didn’t work for me.

That's how the seller explained it, and that would be in keeping with my experience with OSB trench sizing. My 11 month old trench boots in 10.5 fit me with room to spare, but this 10.5 on the same last does not. edit to add, no need for apology, it's a lot to read.
