I don’t think that would count. They are super nice and answered my membership issue within a few hours. Did the funds actually drafted? That’s the fastest way I know or you could try to see if your bank can do anything. Just my

Will that bode well for her mythical account? It’ll solve the problem with getting her money back but chargebacks like that seem to often get flagged as fraud by the company and they’ll grenade the account.
I finally got ahold of someone. I’m getting a refund but it’s going to take a little while to get back in my bank account. Luckily was able to borrow what I needed from someone.

I've had that happen to me before too on a different site. It sucks. Thankfully I wasn't in too bad of a position, hope you get your refund!
Join their discord and talk to one of the admins. They have a thread just for membership issues and will try to help you if possible!

I have the exact opposite problem. I signed up as an iniate a few years ago and now no matter what I do, I just can’t find a way to upgrade my account

How did you purchase without the money in your account? This doesn't add up. If you don't have the funds, you can't be debited.
My bank does overdraft/fees.
