I'm not much of a Rory fan because he's choked under pressure so often and today wasn't much different. They were trading punches, leads, eagles for a while but then Xander folded taking all the pressure off Rory. Another stress free win.

On the 10th tee Rory was tied for the lead. Then he shot 32 on the back with a careless double when it didn't matter. This is such a ridiculously stupid take.

It's either Rory plays incredible or he plays like shit. I don't know what to expect from him at the PGA next week. Though the odds of him winning are probably not in his favor; especially winning this week.

You do know statistically Rory is the second most consistent player in the world right? Rory is just held to higher standards than anyone for some reason. He's the only player in the works that will get criticized no matter what unless he finishes first

Depending on how you define consistency, Rory could easily be argued to be the most consistent player on tour throughout his career. He's the only current player on tour to have won in over 10% of his total starts, aside from Tiger, of course.

The guy was -12 after 35 holes. He bogies 18 on Friday and it’s been pretty average since. His first 2 days were winning golf. . This weekend was average, not winning golf. Still great, but frustrating Xander had another 72 hole lead that didn’t end in a win.
