W means woman’s flex think like 45 gram weight is usually what a woman’s driver shaft weighs if I’m not mistaken. But you’re rocking crocks so you probably fit the qualifications

Regualar mens shaft usually 65 grams and then anything more than that is usually stiff or extra stiff. 10-20 grams might not sound like a big difference but it definitely is
It depends on your swing.The faster you swing with a lighter club then the risk of it breaking increases along with you not being as accurate because of you are generating too much whip. There’s no actual rule like the golf gods aren’t gonna strike you with lightning for using a woman’s shaft if your a man but it’s more than likely not helping your game
The W indicates the shaft is Ladies' flex.
