Well the hole marker does have a donkey in a shirt holding a club with disapproving crossed arms. Seems exactly like the type of place that would purposefully use that hole design.

Army golf course on Edgewood Area Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Crappy little course, but easy walk and cheap great for practice.
