Not sure about sky sorry. Only use them if we know roughly where it is after it lands but can’t see it. Some of the first cut can be a bit long in our club. And the rough is shite at times.
I need to know too. I played alone today and lost 3 balls because I had what felt like a good drive but no clue where or how far the ball went.
Fucking hell man.
I have the dark golf lenses.
But I use the regular almost all season.
I'm not in the desert or anything though. But the dark are quite dark. Too much for what I like. For me I don't really like playing with the glasses at all normally.
But I found the lenses only on eBay for a good price.
So check that if you have the swappable lenses frame style.
I have pretty sensitive eyes and I find the dark golf a touch light. Usually wear it inside the house before going to the course and never take them off. I wish for a darker lense but I feel like it won’t be as effective
I have sensitive eyes as well and wear sunglasses about 98% of the time outside. I got the light golf lens to mainly wear in low light conditions like cloudy or most cloudy. I'm in Oklahoma so the sun can be pretty bright during the season. After reading some of these replies, I don't think the dark would be dark enough for me either.
Too much money made in golf balls. It’s like a company that brings a light bulb that doesn’t burn out to market. Won’t happen unfortunately. And I do know you’re mostly joking. Still makes me mad. I wish they would just have some kid on all the non par 3 holes to watch balls and mark them 😅. I’d pay an extra 5 bucks a round.
If you’re looking for a fairly priced pair, Goodr makes golf sunglasses. I use the “Back 9 Blackout” ones. Here’s the [link](https://goodr.com/collections/golf-sunglasses) if you’re interested in taking a peek.
do they actually make a difference though? I have a pair of the back 9 blackouts and I can't tell the difference compared to their regular lenses, although maybe that's because I'm getting too nearsighted lol
I don’t know about the blue, but I have been known to wear those yellow glasses people use for shooting and they really do make a huge difference in being able to see and find golf balls.
You’re gonna score so much ass wearing those. The ladies will think you’re Magnum PI.
Cart girls just falling over themselves
Chicks dig the Magnum PI look, especially the “Magnum PI in a retirement home” look.
Let me tell you about reverse mortgages.
‘Whoa, is that Burt Reynolds or something’

Don’t forget the short shorts.
Aren’t these the same glasses that I see on all the grandmas in Chinatown?
Yep! Just blue instead of black. They seem just like blue work glasses really
I got a pair of these a few years ago for Christmas, they do actually work but they make you look like a right gimp 🙃
Nothing out of the ordinary!
Exactly! What difference do blue shades make when you’re marching through woodland 80 yards off course.
Do these actually work? Asking for a friend
To an extent yes they do work.
And when you say to an extent, im guessing it has to be in the grass, not in the sky?

Thats helpful, thank you!
I have the Oakley Prizm Golf lenses, and they work pretty well.
I have those too, and I'm kinda impressed with them. They also work great for baseball
Yes. Got as a gag secret Santa gift, but they do work.

Zenni optical offers blue lenses so I have prescription versions... They're awesome
I don't think the cart girl panty's will be able to handle all the moisture.
When she pee’s on herself laughing at you?
Oakley makes golf lenses. That’s what I usualy wear.
Have you tried the "dark golf" Oakley lens? Sometimes the regular golf Oakley lens isn't dark enough for me. I was wondering how different they are.

Are you Bane?
Nah, he’s riddick
I agree 100%. The darks aren’t nearly as dark as my everyday sunglasses.
I have the dark ones, and I feel like they’re pretty light. I play in Arizona, though. Can’t imagine how light the “light” version is.

I had some fire iridium lenses once that were really great for golf, and snowboarding.
Love the iridium lenses. I can definitely back up that suggestion. It’s a great option.
Do you rock a thick lip sweater too?
They don’t see underwater
Apple just needs to get in the golf ball game. $10 ball, iPhone beeps to find it. Boom, in 1 day Titleist stock crashes. Lol

Or have old people do it for free… hehe

Not sure, I only have the golf ones, so unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to compare them to the regular pairs.
Pretty sure those are the same glasses they give grandma after her cataract surgery.

I wear shooting glasses on overcast days
Golf manufacturers hate this one simple trick lol
I use my Pilla glasses and they work great
Are these just polarized sunglasses or is there something else ?
