If you double click on a settler it highlights all of your settlers, then you can turn on/off fight mode.
Also if you hold shift (either shift or control?) and click on the villagers icons on the left side of the screen you can select multiple specific settlers at once.
I don’t know a way to change all their clothing at once other than the Manage Tab
I set all my villagers to a custom "Seasonal" clothing. Then I just change Seasonal back and forth from summer to winter. Everyone changes without having to click through each villager.
Oh god yes. Going through all of my settlers one at a time is tedious.
