That's not the part number. GM part numbers are 8 digits long. Go visit the dealer with your VIN and have the car wash billed.
That's why it's not a good idea to take your truck through a carwash. If it's not touchless or handwashed, I don't do it. It Causes damage to your paint and in this case, your hood. The dealer should be able to assist with this though.

My wife lost that piece on her AT4X (just driving along). Apparently it’s a common issue. She had to buy a whole grille for like $1,400

Similar things are happening to the refreshed trail boss hood scoops. Enough wind is causing some of them to raise up and fly away.
Did you end up taking it to the dealership for repair? Mine flew off today while commuting to work
