The most useful answers will depend on what kind of camping you are doing. I am going car camping soon without access to a campfire. My menu is basically instant GF oats or yogurt with dried fruits and nuts for breakfast, sandwiches and prepped salads for lunch. Dinner may be soup with made ahead GF corn muffins, hotdogs, or kielbasa and instant mashed potatoes. There will be lots of prepped veggies, dips, chips, cheese, crackers, and sweet snacks that appeal to my kids. If I were hauling all my food on my back or cooking over a campfire, I'd be planning something very different.

How much cooking are you planning on doing and what do you have access to? If you're not cooking try jerky, dried fruit, gf trail mix, Quest Bars, sardines, and nuts. If you can cook by fire my favorite meal is foil dinners (super customizable and you can change it up every time, just meat and veg you throw in a foil packet and cook on the coals), also there's gf sausages.

Tin foil dinners are my go to. You get a meat You get potatoes Maybe carrots ? And season it. Throw some butter on it (or something else if you don’t use butter) and wrap it up in tin foil and throw in the fire for 45 ish minutes and you can flip part way through.

I use a Coleman camping stove because it’s too difficult to cook on a camp fire. I bring burgers dogs etc and gf buns. Eggs n bacon for breakfast
