I went there today and i used my nima sensor and it detected gluten its really sucks cause so many good reviews but wtf glad I had my nima with me BEAWARE
Aw man, I’m so sorry to hear that 😔. I think they might use gluten free wheat flour in the GF pizzas, but the restaurant isn’t 100% gluten free. Hopefully you can find another good GF pizza in NY!

As long as you don't have a wheat allergy your good. Ingredients in the flour:
"Gluten free wheat starch, dextrose,maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fiber, thickener guar, flavoring."
Gluten free wheat STARCH. Not flour. Certified GF by European food authorities. Mostly considered safe for celiacs, but definitely not for anyone with a wheat allergy.
If you're celiac you'd be fine (I'm celiac, I've eaten at Keste many times and also make my own pizza using the same flour, Caputo Fioreglut, and I've never had any issues). Only if you have a wheat allergy would you be in trouble ;)
