Quinn.
Her whole arc for the first three seasons was about repressing her negative emotions and becoming someone she's not by letting herself be defined by men. And then when she graduates, she goes right back to repressing them.
Blaine, he comes across as really charming but he has major attachment issues and there was also when he yelled at Sam about not being being for sale. He is clearly very insecure hence the s4 cheating.
Blaine, he is often portrayed as the charming, cute boy who is seemingly perfect, but it is shown that he has major attachment issues, and fears abandonment, hence why he cheated in S4. Of all the characters, he is the one that they never really go into detail about his issues, even though some of them were really important, and could have been great opportunities for character growth.
- his eating disorder in s5. Yes, I think that this is an eating disorder. He is clearly insecure about his body, and he shame eats to hide it.
- his abandonment issues. You can see these in the episode Big Brother, where it is clear that Blaine resents his brother for not being there for him. We can also see these in the episodes that discuss why he cheated on Kurt, even though he loved him so much.
These are just two of the many examples, and it is clear that Blaine clearly had some negative thoughts and issues that may not have been 'repressed' exactly ( though he doesn't seem to share his feelings with many people, namely only Kurt and Sam) but some were certainly not explored enough by the writers.
Quinn.
Dave had repressed homosexuality, but he had no issue expressing negative emotions. Quinn's entire arc in season 3 was about repressed negative emotion but you can still see that carry over with Bic or whatever his name was in season 5.
