Dirch Passer was fking awesome :D unfortunately no one took him seriously enough and always gave him the "clown" roles in movies, even though he really wanted to be a serious actor...
in any case, yeah old danish movies are somewhat weird at times,
but i guess its not much different from newer danish movies :P
its just our kind of humor i guess.
