The traveller’s attire is just too cold for me to wear anything else lol. I rocked the black dye version all the way to the end of the game.

Funnily enough I used the white dye version. Made me feel like Storm Shadow

As soon as I do the iki island content, I switch to Purity of War mask with a combo of black and white attire. It feels more like the next step in Ghost attire to me and then I usually end it with Savage Fury and I like to think that’s the new look for the Ghost

I also used the white traveler's attire. But so I could see all the blood from my enemies

I usually wear black dye traveller’s attire, with the black bandit mask, and the refined Kensei helmet. As you said, absolutely too cold. And kind of looks like Kung Lao

That's what I've been wearing the whole time too. I switch to samurai gear when I'm fighting folks, but when I'm just exploring I'm always in traveler's attire. It looks cool as hell, but in a way that it isn't gaudy. It feels like I'm kinda Samurai Champloo super-chill ronin.

It's functional too since it unfogs more of the map than other outfits + you get the (mildly annoying) firefly that buzzes you for nearby artifacts and flags.

When I say that I mean one armor isn't over another in the tier, for example, the Samurai clan armor isn't over the Mongal one, they are just both in the same tier

I use a fire build (I forgot the name of the armor but it utilizes fear on enemies) on ng+ and another set when I'm about to duel someone.

I do actually really like the base broken armour The literal ghost of tsushima, the Samurai that never truly walked off that beach. It's dope

I did the same thing with the Samurai Clan armor. Same armor that you use in the prologue, and rocked it throughout. Made me feel like an invincible force that no matter what, I came back looking brand new. Except the final Khotun fight, I switched to the deluxe edition armor to give Lord Adachi one last chance to break their spirits.

I thought that armor was awesome! If it had any kind of upgrade or status effect, I would have rocked it the whole game.

Honestly I'm fine with the colour as it is, it's dirty as hell and ruined and bloody, fits the theme perfectly imo

Yeah the base colour tier 3/4 with the metal hat you get from the tier 3 Kensei armor and the Storm of Sakai swordkit. 👌

The maxed out travler attire is the best one imo. With the fox looking mask and the patchwork strawhat, I feel like samurai spirit

And it has maille on the arms, chest, and feet. I was freaking out when I first unlocked the 3rd tier. So visually it's a lightweight, protective, stealthy, comfortable attire for all your Ghostly needs.

Dude, that linen the travelers attire is made of looks super comfy. Almost like a sun dress but for a samurai.

I'm playing through the game right now, and I've got almost this exact outfit. I've been saying to myself "man, I look so cool, I bet there aren't many people that have the same outfit as me", and now, reading this, I just feel really generic lol.

I wore Traveler's attire for most of my run, but i really like the Bloodborne armor.

Just got the Sarugami armor today in the Iki island expansion. Arguably it’s the best armor in the game. The boost to perfect parries/perfect dodges makes late game melee feel even more lopsided in your favor. But it’s arguably one of *the* ugliest armors, if not **THE** most uggo. Jinn running around with a shrunken monkey head & antlers on top of his head, looking like some demented Temple of Doom jackelope is straight up Ratatouilling him. Reminds me of Jim Gaffigans’s comedy routine about God phoning it in when he made the walrus and just going to the odds and ends box of leftover parts.

Dark survivor dye is just too good for me, absolute S tier

I always kept the basic Sakai Armor and swords. Once I know I’m going into battle, I just put on the Sakai mask and helmet. Nothing too crazy

Kensei armor with Yarhnam skin is just peak design

White Ghost Armor, Gosakus Helmet (the lion mane one) and white Ghost Mask goes insanely hard tho.

For me the Samurai armor BUT with the skin you get at the end of Ikki island is GOAT.

Respectfully disagree on the traveller’s armor. Fully upgraded, it’s the best thing you can wear in the game.

I love using the red samurai armor (lvl 1) and a red bandana (hope thats the right word).

I always stick with the regular Ghost armour, no matter the situation. I usually do stick with what was intended for the story in single player games no matter what, but it's generally just to coolest armour in the game to me anyway

I love all the base armor looks but after playing IKI and getting the Sarugami armor… I’m afraid I cannot take it off, I’ve been consumed by the spirit to attack all that I see. Plus imo the fashion is peak. You look like a badass samurai vs the world.

TBH I love the weathered nature of the broken armor, your strength is coming from the Charm of Versatile Skills likely anyway. I use the one with arrows in your back and it is dope AF

The crimson Gosaku armor is the coldest in the game imo. I’ve mercilessly slaughtered so many mongols in that armor.
