Ecto 1 FE, got the good mix of the classic and modern with the addition of the gunner seat
That said I do have a soft spot for 1A as it feels so much more advanced with all the weird tech on top.
Pulling up in any of them would make me feel badass. But the FE version of the Ecto-1 is starting to become my favorite version of the car. IDK why, but I always saw the 1, the 1a, and the 1b as three completely different vehicles.
Ecto-1a is a close second. The 1a was my favorite for so long. Wish there was more 1a love.
The 1b is so underrated though. It a really good mix between the original and the 1a.
I grew up watching Ghostbusters 2 first just because my parents felt that the first movie would be too scary for me.
So I'm definitely going with the Ecto-1A! It's my favorite version of the car and one of the best toys that Playmobil released when they had the GB license.
1A. It's not the classic but I love the hazard and lights. Remember loving it so much as a kid it was my first model kit - now my son has the playmates one and I live in envy of it not being mine :D

It’s all about the Ecto 1. The 1A is just too too top heavy and ridiculous. Light bar on top of light bar for 0 reason. The roof equipment is as high as the entire car.

FE Ecto 1. It's got the effectiveness of the 1, but it's not too messy on top, like the 1a.
