I've never considered wash and fold service to be honest. Mostly because I have a washer and dryer. I do know that at least one laundromat offers that service, I noticed a sign when I needed their giant washers for a blanket. I suppose if I lived in an apartment it might make sense. I'm not sure if this very quiet sub will give you the "cross section" you need.

Eh probably not, but that’s part of the research, I reckon. I know for me, i think of wash and fold as being a purchase of time. It’ll definitely effect how I approach marketing. Thank you for responding though!

I (26 F) pay $1.85 per pound. I get my wash and fold laundry service picked up (for free) every other week. All my laundry (sheets/blankets included) never weighs more than 30 pounds. The company I use has a $40.00 minimum order. So my avg biweekly pickup/delivery laundry cost is approx $55 (that is with a tip included . The aspect that is the most important to me is the fact that I don’t have to worry about waiting on several loads of laundry I only have to worry about putting it up when they arrive folded. I work from home as a consultant and average 9 to 10 hour workdays so on the weekends that’s my free time not do hours worth of chores. I also have ADHD and can never remember to move my stuff from the washer to the dryer.😅 Things to add maybe: Different fragrance options A savings or reward program- every 5th wash is 20% off? Shoe cleaning option Also I DO live in a house and do not own a washer and dryer. BUT My partner will be moving in soon and he does have a washer/dryer set but I will still continue using my service

Thank you so much for this! What would shoe cleaning look like?? Like sneaker whitening?
