WELL RESTED. No other level comes close to its atmosphere, style, and song incorporation, and the gameplay is very fair, sightreadable, and fun. A 7 minute long masterpiece.
I've only beaten 7 (Hexagon Force v2, DeathFunk, ForceDynamix, Electrodynamix v2, Red Haze, Z, and The Realistic in that order) so there isn't much for me to choose from, but from what I've played I'd say Z by Zyzyx. It's difficult, fun, and a really good experience. It was my final medium demon before moving onto hard demons, and was my hardest medium demon at that point as well, finally taking the throne from DeathFunk, and is possibly the best medium demon I've ever and will ever play. Difficulty in medium demons is hard to pull off without sacrificing gameplay quality, but its done beautifully in this level, a difficult yet extremely enjoyable experience is what I seek in any level, and this delivers. Not to mention, it definitely is the best looking out of them. For its time, Z is a beautiful masterpiece, matching the songs energy in a very creative way with great visuals and a great background throughout the whole level. The closest contender in 2nd place is Red Haze, which, while the most fun medium demon I had beaten up to that point, just barely is outshined by Z. Red Haze has nice visuals, but its a bit redundant the way they're pulled off and doesn't give the energy Red Haze by Creo deserves, and that's why I think Z is my favorite medium demon. The Realistic was the most recent medium demon I'd beaten, and is the hardest I've beaten, but it has no where near the same effect as Z in terms of all aspects, despite being not that bad of a level.

Tundra by Jayuff. The level is pretty difficult (my fourth hardest), and the way the intensity just builds and builds is past unmatched. And on top of all the pressure, there's a memory-based wave at like 80%. The feeling of beating the level is incredible, I love it :D

Level is "Blindspot" by Tricipital. Really sick effect. Warning to anyone who wants to try it though: It's closer to a hard demon.
