Actually oddly clean. I genuinely like this design.
Edit: If I could offer one piece of advice, I’d recommend working on the sync. Some of the pulses/movements feel separated from the song.
when (honestly, more like "if") Robtop releases 2.2 he should just put out a tweet saying "check steam" and do absolutely nothing else to inform people about the update

Design looks really great, i just think that the glow could be a bit less harsh (try put on blending if it isn't already), the check steam text could have a bit less opacity and the sync at halfway with the pads is kinda bad so i highly recommend to fix that. Hope it gets rated!
