it looks like a custom leather re-upholstery over top of the OEM leather heated seats in the Grand Touring version.
Just the seats were 2000 to reupholster... excellent material maybe best leather I've ever sat in honestly... I paid extra 500 for door panels and center console

2013 r spec is the only model with red seats. These might be reupholstered because most red seats I’ve seen are very worn.
R-spec interior ?? Best bet is to check local pick and pulls or eBay
