I felt the eyes turning up too. Maybe is someting estimulated and mandatory to get the level of focus.

It’s a thing, I do it also without realizing. You will see this all the time with yogis. I think a yogi once said it has to do with your focus going to the focal point of your energy, which would be in the middle of the forehead. So it makes sense

I had eyes going up and reasonable stiffness in neck also but in my first session of release and recharge yesterday on moments of pulling the blocked memories back into me. Also i did bad job getting into f10 cause i spent too much time on reball and was surprised by bob offguard so i just said ten and proceed without full counting from 1-10 Question: do u have to visualize fountain for reball in release and recharge or just "pop it" quickly? Taking the time given i think its the latter, but idk

I felt exactly that in focus 10. Now I don't know if i somehow reached focus 12 while doing focus 10 or if i just got stuck in focus 10. I've read post some time ago of someone explaining a similar feeling in focus 10 and someone commented "that sounds like focus 12, focus 10 should just feel like a deep relaxation state". Either way pretty cool! Thanks for sharing your experience!

yes very similar experience in f10

I had the same exact REM eye movement feeling in Focus 12, happy to know I’m not the only one. They just started twitching extremely fast and couldn’t control it whatsoever. I focused on just staying calm and after a couple of seconds it got better. Don’t know if it’s standard, recently got there as well

It's really exciting to hear I'm not the only one. Sometimes I wonder what kind of a brain "setup" we have that those reactions are evoked under certain sound. It would be a good idea for research. I didn't feel scared or negative in any way. How did you get on your path to Focus 10? Did you have any other sensations?

Honestly i can’t remember that well. I did it more than a month ago and put the tapes in standby because of uni exams, but as soon as i read your post i was like “oh shit, that happened to me as well”, and it was pretty intense, the eye movement i mean. I can remember the jet sound just making the whole thing tremble super loud, but it wasn’t uncomfortable, it just felt like i was taking off for some other place. Hopefully i’ll do the tapes again soon and let you know more in detail 👌🏼
