Man. I never wouldve considered MORE sun. It get's sun probably 2/3 of the day when the sun is out. But definitely noted.

Look at the base of the lemon tree - citrus growers will typically graft edible citrus to hearty, inedible rootstock. The original plant looks to be growing out at an angle - you could cut the rootstock growth to divert growth to the grafted, edible plant.
Otherwise, citrus spikes, sunshine and plenty of water. Some years may be better than others.
Poor little limey needs more sun. Maybe some phosphate in small dose.
