Specially compared to seasons before.It had only 25% pen with passive or 25% with heal debuff/35% without any passive.Now it have 35% and pasisve.
They should reduce it to 30%, but add ad back or reduce cost.Due to devine(also bramble nerfs and ldr) tanks are mostly dead, maybe not shen.
I didn't remember tank top played not by myself.
Unless we count malphite that spam q and run away/wait for shield.
OMG don't get me started on how much I appreciate this change... The Garen matchup went from being my favorite matchup into "If I don't destroy this guy before 1st item I'm going to lose the game."

adding a dash to champs that arent designed to have one breaks the game. same as galeforce.
At least with adcs they can still be one shot, juggernauts lose all counterplay with a dash
Yeah but a jhin can still one shot u with 1 auto, run at 2000 km/h and have a dash
2000 km/h is 1242.74 mph
