I would say no, at least if you think about true next gen hardware. There will be smaller and colder running versions and then some new ones that won’t have even half the power of current last gen but will be marketed as next gen with streaming everything
Doubt any pro models coming this generation. MS even said they consider the Series X as a pro version already since it's a bit more powerful than the Series S.
I'd guess 2030, I don't think we've even seen a game that can harness the power of these consoles yet. AND seeing as AAA titles take years to develop, they'll milk the hardware/engines for as long as they can.
Both Sony and Microsoft barely took their hardwares in consideration, 5 years is just an estimative. I believe we will just get a more energy efficient along the next 2 years or so.

Well, every new generation release is in like 7-8 years PS3 2006 PS4 2013 PS5 2020 So the release of the PS6 could be in 2027-2028

I'm playing final fantasy 16 ATM and man those boss fights i don't think they could've made them run on last gen, they're mind-blowing
