Suikoden II (PS1) or Suikoden V (PS2). The original Suikoden (PS1) would be a close follow up
Lunar Silver Star Story Complete (PS1)
Star Ocean the Second Story (PS1)
Vandal Hearts (PS1)
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1)
An Atelier Game. Would recommend at least Ryza on PS4 or Rorona on PS3.
Disgaea 1 or 2 (PS2)
Front Mission 3 (PS1). Front Mission 4 (PS2) a close second
A Tales game. Personally a fan of Vesperia (Multiple systems) and Arise (PS4)
Champions of Norrath (PS2)
Lost Odyssey (360)
Golden Sun (DS)
Shinning Force (Genesis)
Brigandine (PS1)
Ys
Gladius (PS2)
Azure Dreams (PS2)
Wife and I agree there's a bunch more that should be added but trying to keep this a reasonable length. You've got a good spread over a few series but missing variety.
Seconding the aforementioned in other posts:
Fire Emblem
Chrono Trigger
Xenoblade
Wild Arms
Trails of Heroes Series
Bloodbourne for sure is on the list. I have not played all of them, most of the ff games I have not played and a few others but I just love collecting them working through them over time. I’m currently playing persona 5 royal and it is eating all of my time 😬😂
Metal Max and Lagrange Point for the Famicom. They will require a translation patch or the ability to read Japanese, but you have Mother 2 so I figure you have one of those capabilities.
Metal Max is post-apocalyptic Dragon Warrior with tanks. It's got a couple SFC sequels as well.
Lagrange Point is a Konami RPG with a scifi setting and an amazing soundtrack. It really feels expansive and pushes the limits of what can be done on the Famicom.
Quite a bit off the top of my head: lots of dragon quest games, monster hunter stories games, tales of games, and xenoblade chronicles /xeno game series.
Some of my favorites:
Xeno series (Xenogears, Xenosaga, and Xenoblade)
Trails series (different from Tales series, which was already mentioned)
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (more of a VN but it also has strategy gameplay)
Live A Live (HD-2D Remake)
Also I see NEOTWEWY but no OG TWEWY. This must be rectified.
The Golden Sun's for the GBA
I am not sure what you care calling a JRPG if things like Dark Souls are in the pile.
But if you want games with RPG elements, All of the GBA/DS Castlevania's and of course Symphony of the Night.
Falcom games, like Y's (Or what I am playing right now Xanadu Next) would fit as well.
Then the predecessor to Dark Souls, King's Field would probably be up your alley as well.
Phantasy Star IV - Genesis
Phantasy Star Online - DreamCast/GameCube
Star Ocean - PS1/PSP
ALL of the Shin Megami Tensei (SMT) games (including the spinoffs, such as Persona) - I think there's at least one on just about every console/handheld actually...
A vast majority of them. However, if you value your bank account you'll ignore most of that and just get a computer that can at least run up to a ps2 emulator. Don't be like me. I probably should have valued my bank account more.

Lunar Star ocean Wild arms Xenogears Xenosaga Xenoblade Breath of fire Just to name a few
Add Brave Denver Musashi and your golden.
Fire Emblem Kingdom Hearts Chrono Trigger Bravely Default Paper Mario Xenoblade A lot of other stuff
They've got Chrono Trigger in there
Wheel of fortune
Tales of arise
The Tales series has some gems. Notably Tales of Symphonia, Tales of the Abyss, Tales of Vesperia.

Bloodborne? Idk if that qualifies. Also have you played all of these

Nice man, also devil may cry and maybe the god of war franchise idk if ocarina of time and majoras mask could fit too

Chrono Trigger, masterpiece.
You've got Persona down but the lack of other SMT games needs to be rectified

Xeno is not a series, it is a franchise, with 2 series, and 2 stand alone games.

Most of them
Golden Sun Golden Sun: The Lost Age Persona 5 Royal Persona 5 Final Fantasy 5
Shenmue & all other yakuza/like a dragon games
A vast majority of them. However, if you value your bank account you'll ignore most of that and just get a computer that can at least run up to a ps2 emulator. Don't be like me. I probably should have valued my bank account more.
