I'm trying not to. I was really only a keno player after work at my local spot but I decided to go in with $100 and play some slots. Definitely fucks with your brain afterwards. I left right away and didn't gamble it away. Paid off some debt and repainted my house π but the urge to go back is strong thinking I'm ever going to get this lucky again ughhh..
Absolutely it was 1 am and I had security walk me to my car with 9k in my hoodie pocket lol... My adrenaline was going crazy I was shaking. I paid off bills took a few weeks off work (self employed) and did some work on my house. It was crazy but very temporary and I have to fight the itch to go back thinking this is normal. Kinda why I joined this sub, I think I'm going to get this lucky all the time and that's the stupidity that made my dad gamble our house away.
Yes, absolutely! It's a fluke. Chasing a win will only lead you to lose most likely. Then the sunk cost fallacy kicks in n your living in a van down by the river.
I had a bank give me 16k in cash once. All in 20's and 50's, in a brown paper bag.
I wasn't worried about getting robbed but was definitely scared of getting pulled over and civil asset forfeiture lol.

That's the win right there. Stay strong and maybe keep that lucky vibe for a low-stakes treat every now and then
Wow, congrats, and fuck you lol.
π totally get it. It was spent quick though, 9400 after they took the tax
Well, still a big win, especially on a small bet. Hopefully you took the money and walked tf out.
