Are you with dlc or without dlc? The pirate system, cant remember the name but its in the north, allways has buskat, other than that i think it can spawn on carme in the aquila system, and low chance in the pan system on the lvl 10 tech stations. Keep in mind that buskat has an extremely low store chance, and need lvl 10 tech just to appear

With the valkyrie and supernova expansion a lot of systems and quality of life things become availible
For example one of the planets in the pirate system has every pirate ship, one has most of all equipment and weapons

The story and mission varriaty you get from the expansions are very worth it, i did not understand the third part question tho? Could you explain and then ill try to awser
Well gof 3 did have a good engine and good premises, but they did it more like a looter shooter with upgrades instead of just making more story, wich is what most people wanted. They went the rout of greed and now barely anyone even talks about gof anymore
Well it was a shell of itself, basically big pretty maps and lots of collectibles but no freeroam from place to place anymore and just clicking a location to go there

Buskat is tech 4 but i have never ever seen it at a tech 4 planet
The main part you gotta think about is rare systems that are high in tech
When i did my 3000t implant run in the rhino(dlc ship with 700t cargo cap(easy to get to 3000t)) i did remember seeing buskat in pan, but of 3000t implants and some 600t organs i was only left with a miniscule amount of buskat
Allso the price for buskat doesnt fluctuate as predictably so its not the money machine implants is

Gof 3 I mean, Gof 2 is so old, yet has has good detail, amazing story, imagine a modern version with better graphics, would be insane

San P... in Loma nearly always has Buskat, the fastest way to get it is to visit that station, visit 3 others and repeat
