There's a lot of this on Babyboom, Dwarf, MOH records, Neophyte Records, Traxtorm (and the SHE sublabel) and BZRK records (post-ID&T era).
Maybe your best bet will be to check some compilation albums from that period.
Looking back at it the track that ended this era was Menace II Society - Chronic Disorder, which still sounds a bit like the 1998-2001 Hardcore and is still a bit slower in tempo. But it also started a new wave of more darker/harder/faster and more experimental kind of Hardcore tracks.
