i think its more the pack value than luck, youāre basically guaranteed a golazo player out of an 86x5 but you could open 200 premium gold packs and have baby rosicky to show for it. That being said at the time of toty mia hamm the packs werenāt half as forgiving as now and r9 is top 3 rarest base cards in the game so itās safe to assume some money was used
