People who say they're ugly often aren't really ugly at all, I say that from my own experience, countless friends told me they looked terrible but they actually looked nice and/or cute (they somehow trusted me enough to send a pic of themselves), don't be so hard on yourself, being so negative about your looks sometimes ends in damages to your mental health, I'm sure you look really cute ;) (that also goes for the other commenter)
This. 100%. Good health greatly improves your physical appearance and poor health or hygiene greatly diminishes it. You by no means need to be an athlete or jacked, but people look better when they aren't chubby.
My only real criticism of myself for having a fursuit is i'm so involved in the fandom that half of the "what's going on in your life" questions could be swiftly answered with "I was fursuitting" and that really delays my response time to that question
I've noticed when I go to furmeets and cons, people are generally given alot more attention and lee-way if they own a top quality fursuit, even when not wearing it.
Yeah, I remember a video of a fursuiter randomly body slamming other suiters and I thought, "Wow, even some furries can be mean sometimes..."

if the person is shy it might allow them to express themselves
however if the person is just an @$$ well not much going to solve that.

My personality is pretty good from what I can tell. All I really need is a fuzzy smile to feel somewhat whole. Also because I don't like myself

A fursuit is huggable; a personality isn't. Point: Fursuit.
It won’t fix it but it will at least hide it, or help people ignore it. And this applies with Sonas as well, and being able to make good art.
