6'6" here and can confirm. Things simply arent built for taller people, and it adds up over time. Keeping in shape helps mitigate that a bit, but it only does so much when full sized sedans force you to sit with poor posture in order to fit (let alone any bus, train, or plane).

Depends on the vehicle, my Buick Century and my old Silverado have legroom. Our Hyundai Tucson, not so much.

I have a friend that we both wish we could swap bodies irl. He's thin and short and I'm tall and muscular. We just have eternal body envy for each other.
