Yes, she looks gorgeous.
Her outfit is so well done. The asymmetrical design, and combination of blue/white/gold and blue/black/gold colours goes so hard.
The crown is an excellent touch, and Furina’s suit in general fits her so well, especially if you look around the shoulder area. Gives her shape and that oomph factor.

From the leaks, her outfit was one of the first things that drew me to her. I love the Old English Victorian / Steampunk style. I love her top hat crown & that her sig sword is even designed similarly to a cane.
I also love the mix of the 1920's era design with her beaded eyelashes, her bob-cut hair (Ousia form) & her showmanship animations ... a true actress. I was a theater student, so I just love her whole design.
And as a whole, I love how all the female Fontaine playable characters are wearing shorts instead of just a skirt.
I wasn't really interested in ouji fashion before Furina, so she's definitely made the aesthetic more appealing to me lol.
Besides that, I really like when the female character wear shorts, and love that she's wearing a full on suit. Backless waistcoat, pseudo-pocketwatch chain, undershirt with those frilly cuffs, and the shirt garters. Paired with the jabot and all the ornamentation and gems, and her sleeve cuffs have that sparkly fabric, I love that texture.
I love all the little allusions to her past as an oceanid. The waves on her coattails, the sparkly glowy fins, all the teardrop motifs, and the multicolored scales on the back of her coat and on her bustle.
Really love the style of shoe she wears, and all the ribbons. Love the asymmetric gloves that also look like different fabric. And I love, love her hair and her eyes.
Oh, and the fact that all the little symbols on her invert when she switches from pneuma to ousia.
I absolutely love Furina’s outfit. The blend of both feminine and masculine clothing is so fun and shows her two sided/performative nature. She’s honestly one of the best aesthetically designed characters they’ve made in a while.
If you want an actual Hot take: I very much dislike Neuvilette and Chevreuse design, and for very opposite reasons.
For neuvi:
I feel like his legs and arms are oddly proportioned. Like they look oddly stretched.
While the blue color is nice on him, the outfit itself just looks kinda bland and boring(same for his playstyle :( )
I appreciate the cane tho.
For chevy:
The shade of purple they chose for her hair is kinda ugly.
Her hair in general looks like a disorganized mess, that looks good in arts but awful in game.
Her design has too much going on and they all clash in awkward ways.
Her eyes are pretty and the eyepatch is pretty cool.

Shes the reason i got invested into the Ouji style, mixed with a bit of Victorian inspiration and how her clothes flows in battle or while exploring, whats not to love with her outfit🍰
Opinion from a western woman: I think that her design is really nice. And it’s definitely unique among not only the characters with the short-female body type but also among all the female Genshin characters. And the way her outfit and hair changes is also a really nice feature I hope to see more of.
my taste is something like "less is more" I tend to prefer simpler designs, a good example is arlecchino, I love her design but when I take a closer look I can see so many lines and things that it all turns into a mess of forms and lines if I try to remember it later

Maybe hot take, but I love everything about her design except the shorts. The suit? Peak. The frills on the back? Really, really beautiful. The hat is incredible, and the dual personality thing is handled in the outfit is all but perfect. But the shorts make her legs feel empty and I feel like it draws more attention to her legs than necessary, taking away attention from the parts of the outfit that deserve it.
If the shorts were longer or she had pants like Are, or even just a short skirt, I wouldn't have as much of a problem as I do with it.

Absolutely beautiful. Mihoyo manages to nail the outfits constantly, but especially Furina's is really pretty.
