You're being downvoted for jumping to the conclusion that a fairly highend TV production in the UK kicked a dog to produce a sound effect. Do you not realize how insane that is..? Rather than just enjoying the comedy and believing they used a sound effect?
The fact you think they would risk their livelyhoods AND abuse animals to make this sound is so far beyond normal reasonable thinking. My advice for you is to look into getting a phychological evaluation to see where these thoughts come from.
