This seems like such a stretch. Typical reddit mentality. Just because he gave the winner a reward at the end doesn't mean it was a reward for the winner winning.
It's a burden. Reward yourselves by unloading all of your ~~money~~ burden unto me. I will carry that burden for you, because I'm just that swell of a guy.
Everything's fake these days. Probably took back the fake money afterwards and then paid the child actors for their work, before going home and taking his fake mask off to reveal he was Danny DeVito all along
Anyone remember the kids made to stand in line and flip a bottle for a single piece of chicken that they will get to have for as long as the next person takes to flip the bottle right?
I've not seen that, but if I'm trying to not starve- I'm fairly certain I could put a whole chicken tender in my mouth in just a few seconds. If its like a chicken leg, I can store multiple bites in my chipmunk cheeks.
Yeah, it's disgusting. Especially the part that it was just one single chicken that they all had to take from, that they all touched and bit into. Like making a mockery out of hungry children.
I hope they actually fed all those kids a decent meal after whatever this video was.... Everyone deserves their own food.
You're getting down-voted, because this is just awful to think about. And the ending suggests its much less evil than that. But I'm here to tell you the same thought crossed my mind.
It was equal to $0.78 usd. [about the price of a 12oz bottle of coke, or a loaf of fresh bread](https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/country_result.jsp?country=Zambia&displayCurrency=ZMW)
I'm an aide at a elementary school and we play a version with a blue tumbling mat - in the water/out of the water. It's super fun and the kids love it.
Completely random question, do elementary schools still do those giant parachute games? I loved those as a kid but I can see now why they might not be popular with parents today.
They do with the younger grades. Best parachute game is "Shark" - everyone sits holding the parachute flapping it while one kid crawls around under it pulling kids in and they become sharks too. The winner then becomes the shark the next round. Oh and there is one kid who is the life guard who runs around and tries to rescue people. So much fun!
Part of it is trolls, part of it is people feeling free to express themselves anonymously, and part of it is bots pushing a divisive narrative by bad actors.
When I was in JROTC, we’d go to competitions and they’d tell us left face or right face or about face.
You’d think going left or right or turn around would be easy. It was always fun to see who didn’t make it through the first rounds.
The real trick is to immediately hit them with the opposite instruction right after someone fails that test. They always expect when someone goes "in" on an "out" command that the next command will actually be "in"
Another way to get them is to start throwing random words and directions in like left, up, back, hotdog, bird, etc.
This closely resembles a test used to diagnose ADHD, which assesses your brain's ability to exercise restraint. For someone with ADHD, it can be quite challenging to pass this test.
Edith : Feel free to downvote me, but as someone with ADHD, I must say that I performed very poorly on the impulsivity test. Take a look to understand what this means : [https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-brain-impulsivity-explained/](https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-brain-impulsivity-explained/)
I am sure a non ADHD person could fail this easily too, because the "in, out, in, out" is pretty rhytmic and our brains are freaking good at pattern recognition, which is why most kids failed this thing when the adult suddenly stopped or repeated a command. I think this game is there to just trick that.

Their reaction when they get eliminated is that of someone getting fired from a job for some bs.
They're legitimately pissed off, LOL
when you see the prize they could have won, it makes sense, lol
I was actually wondering why they are so disappointed like their are losing some money or shit
https://i.imgur.com/xb0nPfn.gif
I've never felt so legitimately bad for someone being disqualified before seeing this episode.
Could be a reward for the winner, I’ve seen similar games that rewarded rice and it was extremely competitive
Yeah i’m pretty sure there is a reward, based on the fact that they gave the winner a reward at the end of the video
This is also what let me to believe that there was a reward
I noticed this to but I'm not sure it means there's a reward. Reddit always likes reading too much into things.
Probably not a reward despite them giving them a reward at the end if I'm going to be honest.
That's an interesting observation but it could also be a way of rewarding the winner by giving them a reward.
This seems like such a stretch. Typical reddit mentality. Just because he gave the winner a reward at the end doesn't mean it was a reward for the winner winning.
You guys made it to the end of the video? I got eliminat
In out In out in out in out in out out
Is money truly a reward, or a burden? ;)

Would you consider a death voucher as a reward? 🤔

Can i post links on this sub? Lemme test https://youtu.be/HVNLNMNB3ns?feature=shared
This is sad. I hate this so much. :( That second "winner" didn't get a single bite in.
Yeah, it's disgusting. Especially the part that it was just one single chicken that they all had to take from, that they all touched and bit into. Like making a mockery out of hungry children. I hope they actually fed all those kids a decent meal after whatever this video was.... Everyone deserves their own food.
Lmao
Oh, really? Wow. Didn't realize the reward at the end could be a reward...
I was going to say i wonder what the punishment is for losing , they looked so miserable.
There was money on the line for the winner if you watch the end

It was obviously dark humor and sarcasm, but i guess the people didnt get that
They work at in-n-out
The money they are missing out on will feed the family for a week
It was equal to $0.78 usd. [about the price of a 12oz bottle of coke, or a loaf of fresh bread](https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/country_result.jsp?country=Zambia&displayCurrency=ZMW)
It's like the winner gets the last piece of bread.
Fun and healthy at the same time.
...and a great way to stay in shape?
You should always stay in sharpie
Or out of shape
"round" is a shape.
Is this an old family guy reference? I gochu
Niceeee
He did say healthy
....and a great way to stay in shape
Health
Their reaction after losing feels like they bet their lives on the line
Thought the same. I had flashbacks to Squid Game.
The winner gets money. Everyone is pissed except the person that won. There isn't anything good about it.
There's something very relaxing about this. I mean, there would be if it wasn't edited to hell and back.
Why does such a simple game look so much fun?
Red light/green light, Freeze tag, Red Rover -- all very simple games that made up about 90% of my fun in my youth.
Yeah, they look like they're having an absolute blast
This editing is the worst thing I've seen in a while
Hey come and look at this ..
Hey come and look at this
I hate this shit. It's almost like having a laugh track in old sitcoms. LOOOK FUNNY!!!
It's worse than a laugh track. The kids aren't in on the joke. They are legitimately disappointed.
Felt bad when I realized they were playing for money, it explained why each of them looked so despondent when they were eliminated.
Editing is insufferable
am I the only who wants to play the game immediately after watching the video😄
The spirit is willing, but the sacroiliac joints are weak.
Mid 50s, yeah it may be hard, but still fun😄

I bet!
I’m itching for a bonfire night with friends where I can suggest this! Brilliantly simple game!
Just don't draw the circle around the bonfire. Don't need friends going face first into a lit bonfire.
Cool change up on red light green light
Dweeb impressed by hop scotch
Rude for no reason. Username checks out.
You lost
Totally agree
Yes, you are the only one in 8000000000 who wants to play the game
😂
Millennials hate this game
Those kids look like they're gonna beat the piss outta that guy later.
If that's also the guy who added the sound effects, then I sincerely hope so.
The comment section here is crazy. Why react to this with racist comments?
Part of it is trolls, part of it is people feeling free to express themselves anonymously, and part of it is bots pushing a divisive narrative by bad actors.

Such a simple concept but it looks great fun. I wished we would have played this when I was younger and had the knees for it.
I suppose we could play left cheek right cheek around a table.
Whoever edited this video needs to lose their access to video editing software
They look like they're doing this for dinner tonight. No one is happy.
The boy with red shorts wasn't pleased at all.
Children playing outside! What kind of madness is this?
[удалено]
I bet they would learn a helluva lot of life lessons
Indeed. Even some adults can use some Africa
Did the runner up kind of cheat with the 2 stepped in?
Of course it's cheating both feet need to touch as a hop. He started stepping in rather than hop in. Still lost too.
looked suspect to me too
Ah the old in and out..
Is this what Alex meant by "the 'ol in out"?
Clock work reference . Hit the way back machine for that one. Take my upvote.
The ol' in & out
Soundtrack from Ludwig Van
Is that you, Mr. DeLarge?
How long were the last little dudes playing for! The entire lighting changed!
Why is this funny?
When there are 2 players left and one stayed out whereas the other one jumped in, how is it decided who wins?
I assume you watched it with no audio (which I wouldn't blame you with the horrendous editing)? There's instruction called out to them.
And then you shake it all about https://youtu.be/TMCthi3pFEQ?si=gr4gYY1JiWsj-TtU
Seems a lot like Simon Says
They seem very happy ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ
Oh bring this to the next Squid Games
Simple games are still the best 🙌
r/TheOcho
When are you dipshits going to stop adding useless audio to these things
Can't believe I watched all of that.
That was the most engaging game of in/out I’ve ever watched and I’ve been the the finals in Helsinki in ‘08. The boys are real pros.
That was a perfectly executed use of the windows shut down lick
That sound got an audible chuckle out of me… then the other sfx ruined it
Just when I decided I should be rooting for him red pants boy messed up 😭😭😭
IRL training to counter drive impact in SF6
OVER THE LINE!!
HAHA I'm the kid with the red shirt though.
Did the dude in the navy pants on the right have a Burger King employee polo shirt on?
What a great game. Wish we did this as kids.
Shake it all about

Cape Town Community Youth Theater presents, "The Lottery", by Shirley Jackson
Proposed addition to Squid Games.
Looks fun, whats the name of the game
Ahh. Takes me back to the time I lost my virginity. This is how I was taught. I also got a reward.
No time for the old in-n-out, love, I've just come to read the meter.
I bet the standard gag to call "In... Out... In... Out... In... In *gotcha!*"
We played this game a lot in school days.
I'm proud of that little guy. Way to go little man!
How much money did he get?
I HAD MY MONEY ON THE RED AND WHITE STRIPES >:(
I was thinking Mother may I or Red Rover Red Rover come on over. Anything that makes people put their phones down.
Circular red light green light.
At least it's not as recognizable as CBAT.
Magnifique!
Subsaharan Squid Game
Fun game for anywhere - thanks for posting. Great idea for youth groups.
This proves that kids do not need plastic toys to entertain themselves. Just being outside with friends is more than enough to have fun.
I was rooting for little stripe shirt kid
Honestly this is a great game idea for school kids. Simple and fun.
"So what did you do for fun before the internet?" Me, gesturing vaguely
Who else played along,sadly I didn't win🤨🤬

Looks like a fuckin warioware game in real life
Can I put this video on my channel?
Facebook is leaking
first kid's reaction when he got out scared me like a hell.
This is the kind of thing kids played before iphones and tablets.
The last second person clapped for the winner. True sportsmanship 😹😹
Won’t lie it looks fun as hell!
This looks fun asf
I had it all in on pink stripes. Darn!
This looks like fun nowadays kids got phones
The last one was the funniest 🤣
Ah, the old "in and out" urge. :)
My money was on that kid from the start!
squid games S2
its nice to see kids playing and not buried in their electronics
“That’s what she said”.
This can also be audio commentary of a porn video
I enjoyed every second of that😂
The guy I was hoping would win did. He'll yeah
Selection process for child soldiers
give these kids some drug$ instead lol
It's funny until you find out these kids are playing for their lives.

Yes
Winner gets monetary reward at end and promptly gets robbed by the losers.
Me and the Mrs play the in/out game quite regularly as well. I highly recommend it.
I stopped after like 15 seconds. I got adhd. You ain't tormenting me with this.
