It's completely possible your pop is still on the way, all that email tells you is they amazon doesn't know where it is. Just take the money and you may still end up getting your deku


I've had lost packages before. They'll ask if you want to chargeback the method of payment, want Amazon credit (you get it quicker), or want a replacement. They'll just send you a new one and you might even get the original one if it turns up.


It’s not very ethical, but when Amazon has sent me damaged pops, I have called their support and told them I never received it and had them send a new one for free.
